A distribution network planning model considering neighborhood energy trading

چکیده

The widespread adoption of small-scale distributed energy resources (DERs) amongst users has drastically changed the operation distribution networks. To date, there not been a consolidated model to incorporate investment decisions end-users in network planning. contribution this paper is planning for utility which considers neighborhood trading (NET) as platform directly exchange between them. proposed mixed-integer second-order cone programming (MISOCP) problem provides optimal line and transformer upgrades, well photovoltaic (PV) battery end-users’ premises. Moreover, it indicates fair allocation charges among participants NET schemes. simulation results on IEEE-33 bus test system confirm effectiveness lowering total cost operation. This can be used by government-owned utilities guide avoid sunk investments while motivating increased installation renewable generation storage units end-users.
